Allin Book Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use Allin Book, your responsibilities as a user, and what you can expect from us. Please read them carefully — using Allin Book means you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: 02 December 2025

Not legal advice: This Terms of Service page is provided for general informational and contractual purposes between you and Allin Book. It is not legal advice. You should consult your own legal counsel before relying on these Terms for your business or compliance decisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Allin Book (“Allin Book”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a booking and scheduling workspace that lets you create booking pages, manage availability, and coordinate appointments with your clients and teams (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking “Sign up” or similar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” or “Customer” refers to that entity.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To use Allin Book, you must:

  • Be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and
  • All activity that occurs under your account, including actions by your team members.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing

Allin Book may be offered as free and paid plans (for example, workspace-based or seat-based subscriptions). Plan names, prices, and limits (e.g., number of users, workspaces, or bookings) are described on our Pricing page or directly in the product.

3.1 Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge you the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any overage charges, in accordance with your chosen billing frequency (monthly, annual, or otherwise).

3.2 Renewals & Cancellations

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically generate refunds for periods already billed.

3.3 Changes to Pricing

We may change prices and plan features from time to time. When we do, we’ll aim to provide advance notice where commercially reasonable. Continued use of Allin Book after price changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

4. Bookings, Clients & Communication

The Service helps you collect bookings from your clients, leads, or guests (“End Users”). You are solely responsible for:

  • The configuration of your booking pages, services, and availability;
  • The accuracy of times, time zones, and duration for your meetings or events;
  • Any content, disclaimers, or policies you present to End Users through your booking experiences; and
  • Honoring, rescheduling, or canceling bookings in accordance with your own policies and applicable law.

All communications you send through Allin Book (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, etc.) are sent on your behalf. It is your responsibility to ensure that such communications comply with anti-spam and communication laws in your jurisdiction and your End Users’ jurisdictions.

5. Your Content & License to Us

You may upload, submit, or otherwise provide text, images, logos, configuration data, and other content to the Service (“Customer Content”). You retain all rights in and to your Customer Content, except for the limited license you grant us below.

You grant Allin Book a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit your Customer Content solely as necessary to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Prevent or address service, security, or technical issues; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and use the Customer Content with the Service, and that your use of the Customer Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Allin Book. In particular, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
  • Use the Service to send spam, abusive, or deceptive messages;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code (except where allowed by law);
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or malware; or
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.

We may investigate any suspected violations of this section, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

7. Integrations & Third-Party Services

Allin Book may integrate with third-party services (for example, calendar providers, payment processors, messaging platforms, or analytics tools). These services are operated by third parties, not Allin Book.

When you connect such services to your Allin Book workspace:

  • You authorize us to exchange data with those services as needed to enable the integration; and
  • Your use of those services is governed by the terms, privacy policies, and practices of the third parties, not by these Terms.

Allin Book is not responsible for the behavior, security, or availability of third-party services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We describe how we collect, use, and protect personal data in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that our processing of personal data is governed by that policy.

To the extent that we process personal data on your behalf as a “processor” or similar role under applicable data protection law, we will do so solely to provide the Service and as otherwise instructed by you, subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with such law.

9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and Customer Content against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for configuring your workspaces, managing access for your team members, and using strong passwords or authentication methods for your account.

10. Service Availability, Changes & Maintenance

We aim to keep Allin Book fast, reliable, and available. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, such as adding features, changing interfaces, or deprecating legacy functionality. Where changes materially reduce core functionality, we’ll use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

11. Allin Book Intellectual Property

Allin Book, including its interfaces, designs, features, logos, code, documentation, and all related technology (collectively, the “Allin Book Materials”) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights of the Allin Book Materials to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

12. Feedback & Beta Features

If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Allin Book (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use it without restrictions or compensation to you. Feedback is optional but always welcome.

From time to time, we may offer early access or beta features. These may be labeled as “beta”, “preview”, or similar. Beta features are provided for evaluation purposes, may be changed or discontinued at any time, and are offered “as is” without any commitments or warranties.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected promptly.

You are responsible for determining whether the Service meets your needs and for backing up any data you store in the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Allin Book, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill,

arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to Allin Book for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you use the Service only on a free plan, one hundred (100) USD.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allin Book and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your Customer Content;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

16. Term & Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service or have an active account with Allin Book.

You may stop using the Service at any time and, where applicable, cancel your subscription via your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

  • You materially breach these Terms;
  • You fail to pay applicable fees; or
  • We are required to do so by law or by a court or governmental order.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Some provisions of these Terms (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Allin Book is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Before initiating formal legal action, we both agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in good faith. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business, or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as an in-product notification or email).

If you continue to use Allin Book after the updated Terms have taken effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and, where applicable, cancel your subscription.
